Email Notifications

In aqua Web you have the option to track changes via email notifications. You have different options:

 

 

If you select 'Changes in Status' you have the option to define a status. You will then get notifications when elements reach that specific status. If you want to get notifications on more than one status, you can separate them with a semicolon.  If you leave the field empty, you will receive an email on any status change.

 

There are two types of notifications you can configure: Project default notifications and your personal notifications. To define notifications, select a project and click File to define Project Default Notifications for all users or define My Notifications in order to override project default settings.

 

 

My Notifications allows to set notifications per folder. Just select the appropriate folder in project tree and open My Notifications again. My Notifications also can be opened via right-click on the selected folder.

 

 

 

You can also notify users on items directly. To do so, open an item and klick on . Your email client will open with a link to the selected item.
