Before explaining what the Synchronization Wizard does, it is important to first understand the definition of synchronization. Synchronization means the coordination of threads or processes. Any change made in one instance is automatically recognized and reflected in the other instance.
This synchronization tool’s goal is to synchronize (or reflect) any modifications between aqua and Jira instances. This includes changes made both in aqua and in Jira. Modifications such as value changes (status, priority, name, assigned to, etc.), adding custom fields, and other features.
